Legacy Performance Measures refer to the performance measures for grants awarded in FY 2019 and earlier.
Data Reporting Tool
The OJJDP Performance Measures Tool (PMT) is a reporting system for users to submit performance data about their OJJDP grants.
Please be aware that your session will time out 30 minutes after you stop saving data. Thus, to avoid having to reenter data, click the "save" button when you're finished entering data or before leaving the system unattended.
Log In to Performance Measures
The OJJDP PMT has a new improved login and user account management process! To maintain access, click on "Log In to Performance Measures" and follow the Update Account instructions. New users, contact the PMT Help Desk at 1-866-487-0512. Subgrantees, please contact your grantee.

Performance Measures Grids through FFY14

- By Program Area - Funds for Title II programs must be for at-risk juveniles to "prevent" them from entering the juvenile justice system or "early intervention" programs for juveniles with first-time and non-serious offenses to keep them out of the juvenile justice system.
