OJJDP FY 10 National Training and Technical Assistance Center for Youth in Custody

Under this program, the successful applicant will establish the OJJDP National Training and Technical Assistance Center for Youth in Custody to provide education, training, and technical assistance for state, local, and Tribal departments of juvenile justice and corrections, service providers, and private organizations that operate juvenile facilities.

OJJDP FY 10 Juvenile Drug Courts Training and Technical Assistance Program

Closing Date

The goal of the Juvenile Drug Court Training and Technical Assistance Program is to build the capacity of states, state courts, local courts, units of local government, and Indian Tribal governments to maintain, and enhance existing drug courts for substance-abusing juvenile offenders.

OJJDP FY 10 VOCA Regional Childrens Advocacy Centers Program

The VOCA Regional Children's Advocacy Centers competitive program supports four Regional Children's Advocacy Centers (RCACs) that will work to (1) develop multidisciplinary teams, local children's advocacy center programs, and state chapter organizations that respond to child abuse and neglect; and (2) strengthen existing multidisciplinary teams, child advocacy center programs, and state chapter organizations through the delivery of training and technical assistance.

OJJDP FY 10 VOCA Training and Technical Assistance for Child Abuse Prosecutors Continuation

Closing Date

The Training and Technical Assistance for Child Abuse Prosecutors program will fund a national training and technical assistance program for attorneys and others involved in the criminal prosecution of child abuse in order to enhance the effectiveness of the investigation and prosecution of such crimes. This program is authorized under the Victims of Child Abuse (VOCA) Act 42 USC Section 13003.
