With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the passage of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act by enabling an organization to provide financial and technical assistance to an estimated 75 to 100 communities nationwide, reflecting all 50 states, the territories, and the District of Columbia.
