With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to support states and territories to plan, establish, operate, coordinate, and evaluate policies and projects, directly or through grants and contracts with private nonprofit and public agencies, for the development of more effective education, training, research, prevention, diversion, treatment, and rehabilitation programs in the area of youth delinquency as well as juvenile justice system improvement efforts.

The Coalition for Juvenile Justice will partner with other participating entities to provide training and technical assistance to support states and territories in implementing the Title II Part B Formula Grant program.
