Michelle DeLaune, President and CEO of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children discusses the importance of analyzing data trends to examine complex and intersecting issues that NCMEC is observing in missing child cases.

Federal grants include a variety of post-award activities, many involving quarterly or semiannual reporting. Performance measures, for OJJDP, are reported semiannually and provide grantees with the opportunity to highlight your program’s outcomes and identify successes, opportunities, and challenges. These reporting responsibilities are made easier when using a performance management plan.
