Why You Need a Performance Management Plan
Federal grants include a variety of post-award activities, many involving quarterly or semiannual reporting. Performance measures, for OJJDP, are reported semiannually and provide grantees with the opportunity to highlight your program’s outcomes and identify successes, opportunities, and challenges. These reporting responsibilities are made easier when using a performance management plan.
This April 2022 training discusses the importance of creating performance management plans. The training provides suggested steps for creating the plans and what to consider for data collection.
