Formula Grants Program Training and Technical Assistance: Data Capacity Improvement
This program aims to strengthen states' capacity to provide OJJDP with data to demonstrate compliance with the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act core requirements.
National Sheriffs' Association OJJDP TTA Program
The National Sheriffs' Association (NSA) will provide training and technical assistance to support States and Territories in implementing their Title II Part B Formula Grant program grants.
Improving Community Supervision National Training and Technical Assistance Program
The Crime and Justice Institute is available to provide intensive training and technical assistance to competitively selected local jurisdictions to meet the goals of the Second Chance Act.

State Support
Background
The Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (JJDP) Act of 1974 (as Amended Through P.L. 115-385, enacted December 21, 2018) provides that the purpose of the Formula Grants Program is to assist state and local governments in addressing offending by youth through technical assistance, research, training, evaluation, and effective programs for preventing juvenile delinquency and improving juvenile justice systems.
