Started in the 1990s, the National Juvenile Justice Data Analysis Program is OJJDP's central, primary resource to assemble juvenile justice-related data sets, analyze and report on complex data and issues, and develop publications and online resources to make juvenile justice data easily accessible to the field and the general public. OJJDP supports the program to provide vital data to the field on juvenile well-being and risk behaviors, juvenile victimization and offending, the juvenile justice system's response to law-violating behavior, and related issues. These data inform juvenile justice policy and practice at the federal, state, and local levels.
