Effective Leadership Series Part 1: The Attuned Leader
This September 30, 2020 webinar, hosted the The Innocent Justice Foundation and OJJDP's NTTAC, was the first in a series that addressed wellness strategies of those in leadership roles to help law enforcement, prosecutors, and other investigative personnel to manage stress from their difficult work in combating child sexual exploitation. This series walked those in management positions through the necessary wellness steps needed to create an effective team. There was a focus on mitigating the challenges faced by Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force members.
