With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks applications for funding under the fiscal year (FY) 2024 Children’s Advocacy Centers (CACs) Membership and Accreditation Program. This program provides funding for a national membership and accreditation organization to support training and technical assistance and implementation of national standards for CACs.
CACs provide a coordinated response to victims of child abuse through multidisciplinary teams composed of representatives from community agencies and professionals involved with intervention, prevention, prosecution, and investigation systems that respond to child abuse cases.
OJJDP will consider applications under which two or more entities (project partners) would carry out the federal award; however, only one entity may be the applicant for the solicitation. Any others must be proposed as subrecipients (subgrantees).
