This program provides training and technical assistance to enhance the national AMBER Alert network; increase and improve law enforcement response to missing, endangered, and abducted children.

This program will provide funding to support states, units of local government, and community-based organizations to develop programs to provide comprehensive reentry services for moderate- to high-risk youth before, during, and after release from confinement.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to fund mentoring organizations to enhance and expand mentoring services for youth who are involved in the juvenile justice system.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to support the training of future mandated reporters and child protection professionals in the field, including law enforcement officers, social workers, mental and medical health professionals, and prosecutors. 

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to support the efforts of states, communities, jurisdictions, nonprofit organizations, for-profit organizations, and institutions of higher education to implement programs and strategies that identify, respond to, treat, and support children, youth, and families impacted by the opioid epidemic, and other substance use disorders, to ensure public safety.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks applications for funding to provide a comprehensive and multidisciplinary continuum of intervention and supervision services for youth with problematic and/or illegal sexual behavior and treatment services for their victims and families/caregivers.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to build the capacity of states, state and local courts, units of local government, and federally recognized Tribal governments to implement new and innovative approaches to enhance existing juvenile drug treatment courts and improve outcomes for youth with substance use or co-occurring mental health disorders, including histories of trauma.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to enhance and expand mentoring services for children and youth impacted by opioids and other drug misuse. OJJDP aims to assist youth and their families negatively affected by opioids and other substances, especially youth in historically marginalized and underserved communities who will benefit the most from prevention and intervention programs. 

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to support targeted efforts to address youth violence through implementing evidence-based prevention and intervention efforts in a school-based setting (K–12th grade only). The goals of the program are to (1) reduce the incidence of school violence through improved school safety and climate and (2) prevent youth violence, delinquency, and victimization in the targeted community.

This program seeks to build the capacity of states, communities, state and local courts, units of local government, and federally recognized Tribal governments to implement new, or enhance existing, diversion and alternative justice programs for parents in the criminal justice system to mitigate the harmful impacts of incarceration on children and their families to improve child, parent, and family outcomes.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to provide funding for applicant organizations to increase the technological investigative capacity of ICAC task forces and their affiliates as well as related state, Tribal, and local law enforcement and prosecutorial agencies through training and the development and/or enhancement of widely used investigative tools, methods, and technologies that address child sexual abuse material and online child exploitation. 

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to provide funding to communities to develop coordinated and comprehensive community-based approaches to help children and their families who are exposed to violence build resilience, restore their safety, heal their social and emotional wounds, and prevent future violence and delinquency.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to support states' and counties' implementation of innovative and/or research-based, data-informed recidivism-reduction policies, practices, and programs across multiple juvenile justice system components and disciplines, and sustainable strategies for reinvesting resulting costs saved or averted into effective juvenile justice prevention and intervention programs.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to support the establishment of a pilot demonstration program to develop, implement, and build replicable treatment models for residential-based innovative care, treatment, and services.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to fund national mentoring organizations to enhance and expand mentoring services for children and youth who are at risk or high risk for juvenile delinquency, victimization, and juvenile justice system involvement. 

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks applications for funding to improve and expand the development and implementation of training and technical assistance on effective responses to missing and exploited children's issues for multidisciplinary teams of prosecutors, state and local law enforcement, child protection personnel, medical providers, and other child-serving professionals.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to fund jurisdictions to close and repurpose youth detention and correctional facilities, reinvest cost savings to expand community-based alternatives to youth incarceration, and assess and respond to the economic impact of closures on facility staff and surrounding communities.

OJJDP seeks applications for funding to provide support to the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force program. ICAC task forces work collaboratively as a national network of law enforcement and prosecutorial agencies that prevent, interdict, and investigate technology-facilitated child sexual exploitation and Internet crimes against children.

With this solicitation, OJJDP will provide funding to communities to support girls age 17 and younger who are at risk of involvement and/or are involved in the juvenile justice system. Funding will support communities to develop, enhance, or expand early intervention programs and/or treatment services for girls involved in the juvenile justice system.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to support high-quality arts programs for justice-involved youth to reduce juvenile delinquency, recidivism, and/or other problem and high-risk behaviors.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to provide funding for the development and implementation of training and technical assistance for child abuse professionals for the purpose of promoting the effective delivery of the evidence-informed Children's Advocacy Center Model and the multidisciplinary response to child abuse.

The goal of this program is to implement youth defense delivery system enhancements that strengthen and improve youth defense. This program supports states and localities, through a combination of direct grants and national training and technical assistance, to implement sustainable system improvements that result in improved youth outcomes, reduced recidivism, safer communities, cost savings, and increased public confidence in the juvenile justice system.

Through this opportunity, OJJDP seeks applications for funding to support projects designated for funding in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 (Public Law 117-328) to improve the functioning of the criminal justice system, to prevent or combat juvenile delinquency, and to assist victims of crime (other than compensation). 

For this solicitation, applicants must develop and implement a youth violence prevention strategy targeting middle and high school age youth and/or those youth having multiple risk factors for violence.
