Enhanced Youth Services Program (EYS Program)

Through the Enhanced Youth Services (EYS) program, The Human Resources Center of Edgar and Clark Counties (HRC) seeks to reduce delinquency and substance abuse by increasing the availability and effectiveness of intensive, evidence-based mental health and substance abuse treatment services to at-risk youth in Edgar and Clark Counties. The EYS program is also designed to reduce barriers to treatment and increase family member involvement by providing a combination of in-home services, transportation, incentives, and rewards. NCA/NCF
