OJJDP Observes National Drug Court Month

May is National Drug Court Month. OJJDP-funded drug courts help youth and families overcome the effects of substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. In 2019, OJJDP awarded more than $19 million to drug court programs nationwide.

OJJDP FY 2020 Family Drug Court Program

Closing Date
This program seeks to build the capacity of state and local courts, units of local government, and federally recognized tribal governments to enhance existing family drug courts or implement statewide or countywide family drug court practices.
