OJJDP has released "Delinquency Cases Waived to Criminal Court, 2018." This fact sheet presents national estimates of cases waived by juvenile court judges to criminal courts from 1985 through 2018. OJJDP has released "Juvenile Violent Victimization, 1995-2018." The bulletin examines findings from the OJJDP-funded analysis of data on both juvenile victims and victimization.
