Performance-based Standards Learning Institute Releases Two Publications

The Performance-based Standards (PbS) Learning Institute has released two publications—"PbS Perspective" and "What Youths Say Matters: A Historical Look"—that focus on using data-driven performance-based standards to improve juvenile justice agencies and residential facilities. The first publication highlights practices in youth residential facilities that are improving education and recidivism outcomes. The second publication reports findings based on PbS' Youth Climate Survey regarding the perceptions of youth of their experiences in juvenile residential facilities.
