Effective Leadership - The Attuned Leader
This webinar, held on April 26, 2023, was the first in a series being conducted by the Innocent Justice Foundation, an OJJDP-funded provider of SHIFT (Supporting Heroes in Mental Health Foundational Training). The Effective Leadership webinar series addresses wellness strategies of those in leadership roles to help law enforcement, prosecutors, and other investigative personnel manage stress from their difficult work in combating child sexual exploitation. This series is designed to guide those in management positions through the necessary wellness steps needed to create an effective team. It includes a focus on mitigating the challenges faced by Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force members.
