Cyber Safety for Young Adults Webinar
Hosted by OJJDP in conjunction with the Federal Trade Commission, this May 14, 2019 webinar informed professionals who serve youth transitioning out of foster care or otherwise entering adulthood how to be safe and sensible online. Topics included how to keep banking and other personal information secure from hackers and scam artists, being smart and safe using social media, and how to avoid malware such as viruses on mobile and other devices. There was also be a brief overview on how organizations can keep client information and other sensitive data secure.
