Defending the Forensic Interview in Court: The Importance of Preparing with Your Prosecutor
Testifying in court is a process that often sparks anxiety, even for the most seasoned professional. Understanding how to discuss the forensic interview protocol and process and the research behind it is a critical skill. This October 13, 2020 training, hosted by Zero Abuse Project and OJJDP's NTTAC, discussed commonly broached topics in the court process, how to defend practice in court and the scope of direct and cross examination.
