Annotation

This document contains the appendices to the technical report of a process and outcome evaluation of the Mentoring Enhancement Demonstration Program (MEDP), which promoted the use of an "advocacy" role and a teaching/information provision role for mentors.

Abstract

There are seven appendices. The first appendix provides profiles of the participating programs, which are located in jurisdictions in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Texas, New Mexico, and Utah. Another appendix lists the enhanced training, mentor support, and match activities by grantee. A third appendix focuses on mentor participation in and responsiveness in the training component. The remaining appendices are composed of cost study decisions for analyses, an addendum to plans on outcome analyses, outcome tables, and data-collection instruments.
