OJJDP's Center for Coordinated Assistance to States (CCAS) provides states, territories, Tribes, and communities with coordinated resources and training and technical assistance (TTA) to assist in planning, operating, and assessing delinquency prevention, intervention, and juvenile justice systems improvement projects. CCAS is also the primary vehicle for OJJDP to provide TTA to states to ensure they are in compliance with the core requirements of the Formula Grants Program authorized under the JJDP Act. This project ensures that high-quality, research-based TTA is delivered to states, territories, Tribes, and communities to improve juvenile justice policy and practice and enhance outcomes for at-risk youth.
