This project focuses on providing these important resources to local and state CASA programs. Results will be measured by growth in the number of children served and volunteers activated as well as in the increase of volunteers of color. The population to benefit from this project is children who are involved in court proceedings because of abuse or neglect'primarily children in foster care. The direct target audience for this project includes state and local CASA program staff, volunteers, board members and judges. Collaborating professionals reached through this project include attorneys, social workers and juvenile court personnel.
