OJJDP FY24 Nonparticipating States: Texas and Wyoming

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to support nonprofit organizations and local public agencies in the following nonparticipating states: Texas and Wyoming, for the purposes of carrying out activities of the kinds described in the core requirements under the Act (34 U.S.C. § 11133(11), (12), (13), and (15).

Eligibility

Eligible applicants are limited to private nonprofit agencies and local public agencies (including Tribal agencies) in Texas and Wyoming. Nonprofit organizations that hold money in offshore accounts for the purposes of avoiding paying the tax described in 26 U.S.C. 511(a) are not eligible to apply.
