With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to support and strengthen collaborations between arts-based organizations and juvenile justice systems to develop, expand, or enhance promising and effective interventions that provide access to high-quality arts programs with and for current or previous justice-involved youth to reduce juvenile delinquency, recidivism, and/or other problem and high-risk behaviors.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to build the capacity of states, state and local courts, units of local government, and federally recognized Tribal governments to implement new and innovative approaches to enhance existing juvenile drug treatment courts and improve outcomes for youth with substance use disorder or co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders, including those with histories of trauma.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to increase the technological investigative capacity and associated training of Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force personnel nationwide through the development, refinement, and advancement of widely used investigative tools, methods, and technologies that address child pornography (herein referred to as child sexual abuse material - CSAM), exploitation, and sex trafficking.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to build the capacity of state courts, local courts, units of local government, and federally recognized Tribal governments to establish new family treatment courts, enhance existing family treatment courts, or expand family treatment courts at the larger state and county levels.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to implement youth defense delivery system enhancements that strengthen and improve the representation of youth involved in the juvenile justice system.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to address and improve the reentry and recidivism challenges encountered by youth returning to their communities from juvenile residential or correctional facilities.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks applications for funding for an organization to develop and administer a subgrants program to initiate, sustain, and expand local and state Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) programs in communities across the nation, and to provide training and technical assistance services to assist local and state CASA organizations to apply for, implement, and administer their subawards over the life of the project period.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to support communities in conducting planning and assessment activities that will inform the development of a community-based continuum of promising and evidence-based prevention and intervention services that will serve as a strong foundation for preventing youth from entering the juvenile justice system, diverting them from moving deeper into the system (i.e., detention and corrections) and ultimately providing them with the skills they need to lead productive, safe, healthy, and law-abiding lives.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to support states and territories to plan, establish, operate, coordinate, and evaluate policies and projects, directly or through grants and contracts with private nonprofit and public agencies, for the development of more effective education, training, research, prevention, diversion, treatment, and rehabilitation programs in the area of youth delinquency as well as juvenile justice system improvement efforts.

The purpose of this program is to strengthen state and territory-level compliance with the Formula Grants Program authorized under the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act, to develop and implement training and technical assistance that supports state, territorial, Tribal, and community-level juvenile justice system reform efforts; and design and implement an online education program for best practices in juvenile justice reform.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the passage of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act by enabling an organization to provide financial and technical assistance to an estimated 75 to 100 communities nationwide, reflecting all 50 states, the territories, and the District of Columbia.

Pursuant to Title II, Part B, of the JJDP Act (34 U.S.C. §§ 11131–11133), to receive formula grants, states or territories must submit and receive OJJDP Administrator approval of a plan for carrying out Formula Grants Program activities applicable to a 3-year period. This announcement sets out the requirements for Year 3 of the 3-Year State Plan covering fiscal years 2021 to 2023.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to provide funding for applicants to develop and/or enhance strategies to prevent youth violence, including youth gang involvement and youth gang/group violence.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to select a national training and technical assistance provider to support jurisdictions' efforts to improve juvenile records expungement and sealing in order to eliminate barriers to their successful reentry and ensure that they are afforded the genuine second chances upon which the juvenile justice system is predicated.
