Under this supplement, The University will establish a comprehensive trauma-informed and school-centered treatment network, which will extend its benefits throughout the community. Specifically, The University will add to their existing program comprehensive training in trauma awareness and counseling for drug and alcohol abuse in the Poplar School District and trauma awareness training for both law enforcement and tribal court personnel. The University will use evidence 'based interventions to reduce the substance abuse that almost inevitably leads to juvenile crime. NCA/NCF
