Phi Alpha Delta Public Service Center National Youth Court Project to Implement and Enhance Local and State Youth Courts

Phi Alpha Delta Public Service Center (PADPSC), in collaboration with the new National Association of Youth Courts, Inc. located in Baltimore, MD will provide national coordination, offer training and technical assistance, initiate research and data collection efforts, and serve as the sole national clearinghouse for resource materials to youth court programs and volunteers interested in establishing or enhancing local youth courts and state associations, with a goal of developing the capacity of local communities to provide effective intervention services for juveniles within a national system of local programs largely staffed by more than 150,000 volunteer youth and adults according to the American Youth Policy Forum.
