Dupage County Children's Center Project

The DuPage County Children's Center's Project will provide a comprehensive, culturally competent, multidisciplinary response to allegations of child abuse in a dedicated, child-friendly setting. The goal of the project, Systems Improvement, will be achieved by significantly improving the video-recording system of the center and enhancing the coordination of investigations. The goals of this project will include 1) minimize the trauma experienced by the child-victim of abuse during the investigation by utilizing 'best practices' techniques, and 2) improve the coordination of joint investigation.
