The Billings Exchange Clubs Child Abuse Prevention Center's primary goal is the prevention of child abuse and neglect by way of providing family support programs, targeting those who are homeless, receiving shelter and urban Indian parents. The program hopes to provide families with an increased knowledge of community resources The main objective of Billings Exchange Clubs is to achieve improvement in family functioning by reaching target goals.
