The State of New Hampshire will implement the Juvenile Offender Locator Team (JOLT) Program statewide for youth under court orders. The primary goal is to increase court order compliance through the provision of intensive supervision and service referral. The State of New Hampshire will also purchase computer management software to improve data collection and tracking of youths in the juvenile justice system.
