Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2006, $197,446)
Caritas, Inc. has designed a two year long Outreach and Tracking Program. This program targets only opiate-addicted and opiate-using adolescents served in the outpatient programs , as well as all adolescents treated in our residential program for at least a 3-month period. Caritas will follow 60 adolescents and their families for up to two years, providing needed services and assessing the impact of these services. Services include individual, group and family counseling, case management, toxicology screens, use of narcotic blockers and self-help groups.NCA/NCF
