World Vision in Appalachia: TEAM Initiative

World Vision in Appalachia's Training, Employment Education, Advocacy and Mentoring (TEAM) initiative will provide job skills training and work experience by offering thoughtful and positive choices and reducing risk-taking behavior for 17 intermediate-term and a minimum of 20 short-term participants. The project will be mplemented in two different time periods during the school year and during the summer.The project will include employment education, life-skills training, and mentoring. The program will report on critical thinking and decision-making and will be measured through pre- and post-test analysis of participant attitudes toward work, school, and risk-behaviors. NCA/NCF
