Crisp County Georgia will address truancy prevention and provide intervention services to 9th- 12grade students who are at risk of dropping out of school. The strategy the Crisp County will use will be to partner with local government agencies and private providers to provide case management services and referral to identified youth who demonstrate poor attendance or disciplinary problems in the school. The services include one to one counseling, group counseling, home visits, parent involvement sessions, anger management and life skills training. The County will report on outcomes that include an increased graduation rate, improved attendance, reductions discipline referrals and improved behavior.NCA/NCF
