The purpose of this program is to work in partnership with the San Francisco Human Services Agency (HAS) to tackle the challenges of procedural, organizational and regulatory barriers within the foster care system and to improve timeliness within the system. These challenges will be addressed at both the state and local level and the Office of the City Attorney will support effective programs and practices to reach the project goals. NCA/NCF
