Children and Families First Delaware will provide social, educational and mental health services to female probationers ages 12-18. The Children and Families First Delaware will collaborate with Family Service of Delaware and the Children's Bureau to provide intensive in home based counseling and case management services using the Wrap Around Milwaukee model. The organization will report performance measures that include the number of youth who re- offend after completing the program, improved school attendance and a decrease in anti-social behavior.NCA/NCF
