Montana Youth and Family Drug Courts

The Montana Supreme Court will sustain three family drug courts and one juvenile drug courts by funding drug court coordinators in each of the courts and operational costs in three of the courts. Program evaluation, which has been ongoing since the inception of the drug courts, will continue to monitor the effectiveness of the treatment model used, the permanency rate of children and the recidivism of parents in the family courts and juveniles in the youth court.
