FY 06 State Advisory Group Training Cooperative Agreement

This project will support the Coalition for Juvenile Justice (CJJ) in its efforts to provide training, technical assistance and information to the State juvenile Justice Advisory Groups. This will be accomplished through: 1. maintaining an office in Washington, DC to administer and coordinate training and technical assistance and gather and disseminate information, data, standards, advanced techniques and program models from and to the States; 2. conducting two Coalition State Advisory Group training conferences to include focusing on the issue of Disproportionate Minority Contact that relates to the activities of the State Advisory Groups; and 3. developing and distributing data on federal, state and local juvenile justice issues. nca/ncf
