The Family Court structure includes Truancy Court, Juvenile Drug Court, and Family Treatment Drug Court. The Mental Health Court Clinic will conduct full psychological assessments, but will also have the capability of conducting emergency forensic evaluations in situations of immediate need (e.g. determining a youth's risk of harm to self or others).
