Project Conquer: Preventing commercial sexual exploitation--Building capacity to enhance administrative, programmatic, and media components.

The Paul & Lisa Program, Inc., has been an active leader in program and policy development regarding sexual exploitation of youth and women for nearly 25 years. This award will allow the organization and staff to continue their work to rescue and support victims of commercial sexual exploitation. Organization staff provide comprehensive services ranging from prevention, education, outreach, advocacy, professional training and technical assistance to victims and survivors, students, communities and professionals in the law enforcement, social/human services and academic fields. Over 6,000 exploited lives have been redirected through the agency's rehabilitation services, 225 have received transitional living services, more than 300,000 have attended school-and-community-based prevention programs, and 2,000 professionals have attended Paul & Lisa's conferences and workshop presentations. ca/ncf
