The National Center on Fatality Review will continue its work in improving child safety, accountability and child abuse prevention, and promoting more effective risk assessment. This work will be accomplished through the establishment, expansion and sharing of information regarding fatal and severe child injuries, intentional and otherwise, with professionals in the field and with the public.
