The New Hampshire Division of Children Youth and Families oversees the State's delinquency prevention efforts with the state advisory group and the Juvenile Justice Reform Commission. New Hampshire's 3-year plan shows improvements made over the past 3-year planning cycle related to the efforts of the state's juvenile justice transformation. New Hampshire's Title II projects have been supporting this work. Projects include pre-court legal consultations for youth to consider the risks and benefits of participating in the voluntary needs assessment, restorative practices trainings, diversion programs statewide to support consistency of available restorative tools, implementation of incentives-based supervision into juvenile justice case management, and implementation and sustainability for the voluntary needs assessment tool.
