Iowa FY 2024 Title II Formula Grants Program will support delinquency prevention, intervention, and juvenile justice system improvements through grants and contracts with public and private agencies, this includes serving children in their homes with their families, enhancing the quality of life, services and opportunities for youth in the juvenile justice system, advancing healing-centered care, and compliance with the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (JJDP) Act.
