Cecil County Opioid-Affected Youth and Families

Cecil County intends to convene and support an active youth/adult advisory group, complete a Youth Voice awareness project, provide direct therapeutic services to impacted youth and their caregivers, support the Drug Free Cecil Youth Coalition’s prevention efforts, offer parenting programming for families, provide bereavement support for school-aged children, support adoptive, kinship and foster families with socialization activities, and support a portion of the Financial Manager’s annual salary.
