COMPASS Youth Collaborative

COMPASS Youth Collaborative (COMPASS) in Hartford minimizes violence by forming transformative relationships with at-risk youth. Peacebuilders staff equip these youth (ages 16-24), often with histories of violence and court involvement, with tools for sustainable behavior change and successful transition to adulthood. Despite challenges such as gang affiliation, COMPASS aims to inspire and empower these youth towards positive life choices. Federal funding will sustain services for over 200 Hartford youth throughout the grant period, supporting their journey towards a brighter future.
