Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2022, $760,454)
The Family Recovery Program will open a new family treatment court in the 28th Judicial Circuit in Kentucky, and will provide comprehensive, trauma-informed, and family-focused solutions to treat parental substance use disorder, co-occurring disorders, and the related needs of their children including child abuse and neglect. Family Recovery Program is a multi-phased program for parents who are court-involved and have an active Child Protective Services case related to substance use.
