CISNC Reentry to Resilience: wraparound supports for youth returning to their home communities following release from NC's Youth Development Centers.

Communities In Schools of North Carolina's Reentry to Resilience program will provide supports and services for parents and families of youth returning to their communities after a period of confinement through a Peer Support Specialist, through the provision of tiered supports for all youth in Youth Development Centers, through scheduling the R2R Youth Success Coaches one day every week in the Youth Development Centers, and through providing R2R case-managed youth with life skills training to support the transition from the Centers back to their home communities.
