The Iowa Judicial Branch with the Department of Human Services and Iowa Department of Public Health proposes to develop the model and infrastructure necessary to expand family treatment court services, statewide. Iowa will implement an expansion model, the Family Treatment Court Expansion Project (FTCEP), to bring family treatment court (FTCs) services to urban jurisdictions and rural communities where FTCs are currently unavailable.
