ND Delinquency Prevention Grants Program

The North Dakota (ND) Helping Educators Lead with Positivity (NDHELP) program will embed school-wide positive behavior intervention and supports in schools to increase positive behavior, decrease punitive consequences, and implement prevention-focused interventions earlier which will result in sustainability. NDHELP will work with 5-8 ND schools with a total of 4,000 students. Educators, students, and families will benefit from the services and programs delivered through the Central Regional Education Association, contracted through the designated state agency, the ND Division of Juvenile Services, and overseen by the Juvenile Justice State Advisory Group. Municipalities will receive support to work with their schools.
