OJJDP Observes National Mentoring Month
OJJDP continues to invest in youth mentoring initiatives nationwide. In fiscal year 2024, OJJDP awarded nearly $87 million to support mentoring services to young people who are at risk for delinquency, victimization, and system involvement; youth affected by opioids and other substance misuse; youth in the juvenile justice system; and children of incarcerated parents.
