Strengthening the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Data System Technological Capacity
The West Virginia State Police (WVSP) maintains the National Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Data System, which assists credentialed law enforcement investigators in quickly and securely accessing information involving the online exploitation of children. This project allows WVSP to strengthen the system's technological capacity and add features requested by commanders and users.

Specific activities include a case management and referral dashboard, case de-confliction through multiple identifiers, performance measure monitoring and submission, online training, and technical assistance.
