On October 19, 2017, from 1 to 2:15 p.m. ET, OJJDP, together with MENTOR: The National Mentoring Partnership, will present "Create an Effective Team to Drive Your Program's Success." This webinar will explore how mentoring organizations can create effective teams. Presenters will discuss competencies that help mentoring practitioners, explore practices to engage employees, and highlight approaches to build collaborative and creative environments.
