April is Second Chance Month. In recognition of this observance, OJJDP and the National Reentry Resource Center are partnering to celebrate successful reentry journeys.
OJJDP invites youth, family members, or reentry service providers—such as probation officers, caseworkers, program staff, therapists, etc.—to share their successful reentry stories through the Raising Voices of Reentry Project.
Submissions may include blog posts, brief videos, spoken word pieces (i.e., lyrics or poetry), art, a podcast, or written narrative. OJJDP will share these voices through its events and activities, including webinars, blogs, social media posts, and toolkits for local Second Chance Month events, and the BJA-funded National Reentry Resource Center.
Submissions are due by February 28, 2022.
